Hello! Fresh! (Part 2)
βππππ ! π½π£ππ€π! (Part 2) Well as you know we have been on a new adventure with meal deliveries! And.... I got to experience the customer service side of Hello Fresh after our second week's box didn't show up for a week. (In fact it got lost) Yay! So after waiting a week for the box to arrive and having no luck with the delivery company, I called Hello Fresh pretty upset. I called twice. Once on Monday worried I hadn't seen any updates on the shipping information, which they then gave me a $10 dollar credit to my account, and then encouraged me to called back the next day if the box did not show up by 9p. It obviously did not so I called again. The customer service rep. was very kind and gave me an additional $10 credit to my account and then refunded the money we had spend to my account as well. At first I was thrilled, but then I learned I would have to re-order the box, which sucked because the meals we picked out, were not available for the next order... π We p...
